Position Title: Pharmacist Full Time with transition to Manager
Description: We are looking for a hardworking, compassionate pharmacist capable of building/maintaining health relationships with patients, learning our service focused business model, and developing a mutually respective leadership role with staff.
We will provide at least 3 months of management training while you work as a staff pharmacist overlapping with the current manager/owner. Our goal is to provide an opportunity to manage, with increased rewards, without giving up a desired work life balance.
We provide:
- Well above provincial average salary as staff pharmacist, with a large raise with the taking of the management role.
- Full payment of Health insurance, Licensing, CE and other work related expenses
- Travel allowance paid as normal salary, up to 2 hours daily.
- Signing bonus dependent on contract length when management role assumed.
- Many flexible schedule options for life balance, including 3-4 day work weeks, starting at noon, off in mid afternoon, etc
- No evenings, Sundays, or Holidays!! Maximum of every 3rd Saturday.
- 15 x 8 hour vacation days annually, which can translate into several weeks depending on work schedule chosen.
