Pharmacist – Southside PharmaChoice (Fredericton, NB)

Location: 640 Prospect Street, Fredericton, New Brunswick
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time | Competitive Compensation | Flexible Schedule

Are you a pharmacist looking for a rewarding role that blends clinical care, community connection, and professional growth? At Southside PharmaChoice, we’re seeking a motivated and compassionate pharmacist who enjoys working to their full scope—whether that means delivering travel health services, supporting patients with common ailments, or being a trusted healthcare resource in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, efficient, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care
  • Assess and prescribe for common ailments
  • Offer strep throat assessments and testing, TB testing, and other point-of-care services
  • Administer immunizations and injections
  • Deliver over-the-counter advice and patient support
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with NBCP and federal pharmacy regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed and in good standing with the NBCP (or upcoming licensure)
  • Injection-certified, with experience in clinical services
  • Skilled in or open to training in travel health, TB testing, and common ailment assessments
  • Strong communicator and team player with a focus on quality care
  • Familiarity with Kroll or similar pharmacy software is an asset
  • Committed to advancing pharmacy practice and patient engagement

Store Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Stat Holidays: Closed
